Automation Implementation
Most workflow problems don't need AI. They need deterministic automation built correctly the first time, with proper documentation and a governance plan that keeps it running.
What we build
Deterministic automation handles workflow steps where the rules are clear, the data is structured, and the correct action is known in advance. This covers the majority of operational pain points in most organizations.
We build automation that is observable, documented, and designed to be maintained by your team after handoff. Not black boxes. Not vendor lock-in. Production systems that work the same way six months after go-live as they did on day one.
Common implementation areas

- →Client onboarding and offboarding automation
- →Order processing, fulfillment, and status update flows
- →Scheduling, dispatching, and assignment automation
- →Billing triggers and invoice generation workflows
- →Compliance documentation and audit trail automation

How we scope and price
All automation implementation engagements are fixed-fee. Scope is agreed before billing begins. We do not do time-and-materials for implementation work.
Scope definition
We define the exact workflow boundaries, integration points, and acceptance criteria before quoting. No ambiguous statements of work.
Fixed quote
You receive a written fixed fee. If scope changes during the engagement, we scope a separate change order — no surprise billing.
Handoff criteria
Every engagement has written acceptance criteria. We don't bill the final milestone until the handoff criteria are met and accepted.
Ready to implement?
Most implementation engagements are preceded by a workflow audit. If you have existing findings, bring them. If not, we'll start there.
